Patients with behavioral health needs are critically underserved in the Boston area which has a higher index of social problems. To address this need in our region, Parity Urgent Care plus LLC, will provide an outpatient behavioral health service.
Clinic Setting
- The clinic will provide both in-person and telehealth services
- No special equipment will be needed for the outpatient mental health clinic.
- Treatment (for screenings and evaluations) and psychotherapy rooms will be provided.
- Treatment rooms will be assessed for safety/suicide risk
- Staff will be trained and will be competent in suicide risk assessment
Client Focus
The outpatient behavioral health services will focus on treating the mental health concerns of patients of all ages, including:
- Childhood: 6-12
- Adolescent:13- 18
- Adults:18-65
- Geriatric: 65 +

- Medication management
- Bio psychosocial assessments and psychiatric evaluation
- Psychotherapy
Emergency Services
- The clinic will provide an on call 24hour provider line
- Walk-in services will be available to increase access for patients in immediate need of mental health care.
- Patients will be provided contact information’s on how to access acute psychiatric care in their communities.
